Labs Consultant
· Assisting University faculty, students, and guests by providing exceptional customer service and care.
· Applying knowledge of major operating systems, analytics, Rutgers services and facilities, Office 365, Adobe Suite, and more.
· Troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Collaborating with team members to enhance and streamline support processes.
· Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and software updates to ensure effective support.
· Escalating complex issues to higher-level support staff when necessary.
